Our warranty covers eligible defects in Calseismic’s retrofit workmanship, subject to the official written warranty terms, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and claim procedures. After qualifying earthquakes, we also offer courtesy on-site visits to visually review accessible Calseismic-installed retrofit components.
This warranty is not earthquake insurance, homeowners insurance, or a guarantee against earthquake damage. It is our promise to stand behind the retrofit workmanship we install — before, during, and long after the job is complete.
